Thank you for shopping with DRESSED TO INSPIRE! All items are made to order by our trusted print partner immediately after your purchase. Please review the details below to know what to expect.

1. Order Processing Time

All products are printed and prepared for shipping after your order is placed. Typical production times:

• Apparel: 1–4 business days
• Mugs & bottles: 1–3 business days
• Hoodies, sweatshirts & heavy garments: 2–5 business days

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times:

• USA: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, local couriers, or seasonal delays.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.

You can track your order by:

• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping email
• Viewing the tracking section in your Shopify order confirmation page
• Pasting your tracking number into the courier’s website (if available)

Most orders include full tracking, but some countries switch to local postal services upon arrival.

4. Shipping Issues

If you experience delays, missing updates, or believe your package is lost, contact us at hello@dressedtoinspire.world. If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a free replacement or full refund according to our Refund Policy.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

• Customer typos
• Missing apartment/unit numbers
• Incomplete addresses

If an order is returned or delivered incorrectly, a new order will need to be placed.

6. Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties. These fees are not included in product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and product type.

Return Policy

1. No Returns for Change of Mind

Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Preferences in color or design

Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, poorly printed, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund 100% of your order.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo/video of the issue
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace or refund it. Lost orders must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

4. Delivery Failure Due to Wrong Address

Orders that fail due to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded. A new order must be placed.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if production has not yet started. Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
