At Dressed To Inspire we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders delivered in Spain.

Returns overview
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided all eligibility requirements below are met.
Return window
- Requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Product condition requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Products must be new, unused, and uninstalled.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos that show the issue and your order number.
- After verification we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
- If we agree to reimburse return postage for defects or errors, we will refund reasonable postage upon receipt of proof of postage.
Non-defective returns (change of mind)
- New and unused items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery by mail.
- Return postage for change of mind returns is the customer responsibility.
- Returned items must meet the condition requirements above. Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may be refused or refunded only partially.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within the 14-day window and are subject to stock availability.
- If the replacement item costs more, you must pay the difference before shipment. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
Return method and shipping fees
- Return method: By mail only. All returns must be approved before shipping.
- Return shipping label: Customer responsibility, except where the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
- Restocking fees: None.
How to start a return or exchange
To request a return or exchange, email support at info@passporttoshine.com with:
- Order number.
- Item name or SKU.
- Reason for return or exchange.
- Photos for defective or damaged claims.
We will respond within 48 business hours with return authorization, the returns address, and instructions. Do not send returns before receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected.
Refund processing
- Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are issued within 10 days of our acceptance of the return.
- Refund method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time to appear in your account may vary by bank or payment provider.
- Partial refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds where items are returned in less than new condition.
