Orders cannot be shipped to other countries at this time.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

6. Delivery Issues

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will assist in tracking and resolving delays.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for free reshipment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Confirm with neighbors or building staff

If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation.

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes that do not accept packages

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since we ship only within Spain, no international customs fees apply.
Standard value-added tax (IVA) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

9. Order Changes and Cancellation

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
